Gochu Doenjang Muchim

  • 10-12 korean green peppers

  • 1 tbsp doenjang

  • 1/2 tbsp gochujang

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Wash & cut peppers to bite sized pieces. Preferably use korean green peppers, ones that aren’t very spicy!

In a bowl, combine doenjang, gochujang, garlic and sugar. Mix to form a paste. Add your peppers and stir to coat with the sauce. Good to eat right away!

Store in an airtight container. These will last about 3-4 days in your fridge.
