Yangpa Jangajji
Recipe:
2 white onions
1 jalapeño
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
Chop onions and jalapeños. Combine all liquid ingredients in a tupperware. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Add your onions and jalapeños. Stir to submerge the vegetables. Place in your refrigerator for at least a day before consuming.
