Mayak Gyeran
Recipe:
5-6 eggs (or 12 quail eggs)
1/4 cup Gompyo Fried Rice Sauce or soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar or corn syrup
2-3 red & green chili peppers
1/4 white onion, diced
1 green onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Boil eggs for 6-7 minutes (2.5 min for quail). Dunk in ice water to stop the cooking process. In a tupperware combine remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Add eggs and make sure they are fully submerged in the marinade. Seal and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before consuming.
