Oi Muchim

Recipe:

2 small cucumbers, sliced
1/4 white onion, sliced
1 green onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
2-3 tsp gochugaru
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Slice cucumbers and add to a bowl with onion and green onion. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Allow it to marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight before consuming. This will last for about 3-4 days in your fridge.
