Pa Muchim
Recipe:
3 green onions, cut to thin strips
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp gochugaru
pinch salt
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Cut green onion and place in a bowl of ice water, mix and let sit for 15 minutes.
Drain the water/ice and add remaining ingredients. Stir gently to combine.
Best eaten same day!
