Kongnamul Muchim
Recipe:
1 bag bean spouts
2 tsp sesame oil
2 pinches of salt
2 tsp fish sauce
2 cloves grated garlic
2 chopped green onions
1 tsp sesame seeds
Blanche bean spouts for 30 seconds in boiling water. Rinse in cold water to stop the cooking process.
Place bean sprouts in a bowl along with remaining ingredients. Toss to coat in the seasonings.
Store in an airtight container. These will last for about a week in your fridge.
