Chicken-Mu
Recipe:
1 white radish, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
pinch salt
Add water, sugar, vinegar and salt to a large mason jar. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Add your radish and stir. Seal lid and refrigerate for at last two days before consuming.
These will last for about 1 month in your fridge. Make sure you use a really good airtight container, they are fragrant!
